Top $$$ for the smartest salespeople! We are hiring multiple sales consultants / sales representatives for the largest RV dealership in the four-state area. RVs are in demand, and Joplin RV is here to supply. Our state-of-the-art 46,000-square-foot building on 12 acres in the heart of Joplin, MO, formerly known as the John Q.
2 years of experience in automotive, power sports, or RV sales is required. This is a commission-based job, and most of our sales reps make six figures. We will offer sign-on bonuses if you are qualified, and our commission program is the best in the industry.

The Joplin RV facility features an indoor showroom, Parts and Accessory storefront, and a 20-bay climate-controlled Service Center, attracting the best of the best to service our customers. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote vehicles and close deals.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist in managing stock levels.
- Conduct follow-up calls and outreach to potential clients to generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance dealership performance.
