We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk and Administrative Coordinator.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk and Administrative Coordinator for Jordahl Custom Homes is the heart of our day-to-day operations. As part of our Operations team, you will be wearing multiple hats from administrative responsibilities to front desk customer service, bookkeeping duties to IT support, and light marketing and website tasks. Your adaptability, organizational competence, and excellent communication skills will make you the linchpin in our fast-paced environment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations for assigned areas.
- Professionally answering and transferring phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Managing office calendars.
- Welcoming and directing visitors.
- Assuring the best service to each customer when they call or come into the office.
- Performing clerical and filing duties.
- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual, processes outgoing mail.
- Composing/editing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as assigned.
- Responding to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions.
- Maintaining office supplies and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
- Assisting accounting team with invoices.
- Assisting with website management (model inventory accuracy, up to date photos, open Houses’, etc)
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with a variety of people, including owners, sales, designers, project managers, vendors, etc.
- Assisting in the implementation of employee recognition initiatives.
- Assisting the HR department in recruiting and onboarding tasks as needed.
- Projecting a positive image of the company to employees, customers, and community.

Salary : $18 - $22
