- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
- Source and order parts from various suppliers
- Assist with warehouse management and organization
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with part inquiries and orders
- Collaborate with the equipment repair team to ensure timely part availability
- Utilize CMMS systems for data entry and tracking of parts information
- Identify OEM parts and ensure correct pricing
