Jordan Escobar - State Farm Agency, located in El Paso, TX, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) State Farm Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Must be willing to obtain proper insurance licenses.
The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude and outgoing personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to :
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
