ABOUT US: Jordan Kent’s JUST KIDS SKILL CAMPS are premier youth sport camps that provide sport, nutrition, and character instruction—all wrapped into an insanely fun summer day camp package! JUST KIDS SKILL CAMPS were founded by University of Oregon Hall of Fame athlete and former NFL Wide Receiver Jordan Kent. Now a Sports Broadcaster, Jordan still has a hand in the camps every summer. Over the past 12 years, JUST KIDS SKILL CAMPS has expanded throughout
the country and in 2024, nearly 6,000 kids ages 6-12 attended a JKSC camp, and since our founding, over 25,000 kids have attended. Moreover, we have been voted
“Best Day Camp” and have received numerous accolades from parents and organizations— and our heart is to maintain this level of excellence as we expand our reach. To accomplish this goal, we plan to bring on board exceptional Managers and Coaches who have a heart for kids and sports!

Managers are the face of our brand at the camp level! They welcome parents and campers each morning, oversee the set-up and take-down of camp, lead group talks and camp games, and assure that all kids as sent home happy and tired at the end of each day. Managers set the tone for a positive, encouraging experience and oversee JKSC Coaches to ensure each day operates smoothly and according to schedule.

Managers must be extremely professional, high-energy, great with public speaking/communication, friendly, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented. Our ideal Manager has a dynamic personality and is both fun and focused. Managers should reflect our family friendly camp values and should work to create a camp environment where every Parent, Camper, and Coach feels welcomed. It is of utmost importance that Managers create a safe environment and adhere to our JKSC safety practices.

Georgia Region Specifics: We are scheduled to have three weeks of camp in the Alpharetta/Roswell area this summer,.

Work Environment/Hours/Pay: Manager standard pay is $500 - $600/camp. Typical hours are M-Th from 8:00 AM-1:30 PM, though sometimes extra prep work is necessary (to print attendance sheets, for example). We are a sport camp organization, so our camp environment can be described as casual, but professional. Coaches and Managers wear athletic apparel with JKSC shirts. Camp locations are spread out across the region, and camps are mostly outdoors.

Work Requirements: A computer and printer will be necessary to print weekly attendance sheets; a car or other reliable transportation as punctuality is of utmost importance; a phone for communicating efficiently with the Regional Director and with Coaches

Required: Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year Managing or Coaching experience or elementary teaching experience. Must provide two character references and a professional reference.
