Job Title: Rental Equipment Delivery Driver

Salary: $21-$25 per hour (varies based on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday (7:30 am – 4:00 pm)

Jordan Power Equipment has been a leading industrial/commercial cleaning and floor preparation equipment provider for over 46 years. We seek a responsible and experienced driver to join our team to transport rental equipment and materials to various locations safely.

Responsibilities:

• Transporting rental equipment to customer sites
• Ensuring that equipment is loaded and unloaded safely and securely
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure
• Delivering exceptional customer service when interacting with clients
• Operate a variety of vehicles, including pick-up trucks and trailers, and box truck
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Additional duties as assigned by managers when not making deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to drive and back up a pick-up truck with a trailer
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
• Strong verbal and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Forklift experience (preferred)
• CDL preferred but not required

Benefits:

• $21.00-$25.00 an hour based on experience.
• Weekly PTO accrual that is available to use after 90 days
