Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Treat Rheumatologic Conditions: Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions such as arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and osteoporosis.
- Outpatient Consultations: Conduct outpatient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Diagnostic Tools and Patient Management: Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and manage a panel of patients with chronic conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in clinic meetings and help shape our rheumatology services.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree and Certification: Medical degree and board certification in Rheumatology.
- Licensure: Licensed to practice in Georgia.
- Experience: Experience with population health management is a plus.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
