SUMMARY
A newly established Southern California dealer of Construction and Material Handling Equipment is looking for several experienced machine sales reps for the surrounding Los Angeles / SoCal metro area. This is a fast-growing dealership with plenty of upward career mobility. Specializing in providing full line rentals, sales, parts and service, featuring the full line of LiuGong Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dozers, Forklifts and Material handling products as well as other lines of Construction and Ag. Equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The experienced Sales Representative will be responsible for business development, managing the territory and supporting new equipment sales, rentals and equipment maintenance. The role will include promoting LiuGong equipment while expanding market shares.
- Increase sales and revenue
- Sell the companies dedicated rental offering
- Establishing new sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites
- Offer full range of products and services to new and current customers, including new and used equipment, short lines, parts and services
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Educate customers about equipment through demonstration
- Manage a portfolio of customers through personal relationships to maximize customer share of wallet and market share

REQUIREMENTS
All qualified applicants must have 3 years of sales experience, strong planning, problem solving and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal / communication skills, and basic computer skills. Knowledge of agriculture equipment is preferred. We are also looking for candidates who are independent and possess strong teamwork and organizational skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a valid driver's license are required and can lift 75lbs.
