Summary
Jordan Winery, an iconic producer of French-inspired wines in Sonoma County, is seeking a highly motivated individual whose personality and enthusiasm shines through their guest presence. Under the direction of the Guest Services Manager, the Concierge serves as the welcoming face of our winery, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional experience. This role involves managing phone and onsite orders, operating a multi-line telephone system, and providing personalized, high-luxury service in a fast-paced environment. While we don't have a typical tasting room, you must be able to properly convey our message to our visitors in an enjoyable, informative and professional manner. Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required. Previous winery, hotel or restaurant experience is expected, and applicants must be able to take point-of-sale orders as well as phone orders using our in-house software. Our staff handles many other administrative duties in addition to hosting our guests. Cooperation and a willingness to work together as a team is an absolute must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Open retail salon daily and maintain its elegance throughout the day
- Greet all guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed
- Assist guests with recommendations to visit local wineries and restaurants and make reservations as needed
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely fashion; ascertain purpose of call and forward calls to appropriate person or department
- Provide callers with general information on winery, tour schedules as needed and handle communication via phone, email, and SMS messaging relating to all customer service needs and inquiries in a warm and timely fashion
- Assist guests with order fulfillment across all direct-to-consumer sales channels
- Proof daily calendars, distribute daily
- Communicate across multiple departments as needed for day-to-day changes to the schedule and/or guest accommodations
- Maintain compliance sheets, register tape and all materials needed at concierge and retail salon including POS stations
- Keep front desk responsibilities and SOP documents up to date for proper coverage
- Maintain proper inventory of all printed collateral at front desk (price lists, mailing list forms, folios, business cards, notecards, magazines, etc.)
- Manage multiple mailboxes and distribution groups
- Handle consumer reservations, cancellations and reservation reminders as needed
- Handle all guest gifts and gift messages or printed materials as requested
- Handle printing price tags for wines and merchandise on display
- Ensures accurate data entry into in-house CRM system including but not limited to, login credentials, account creation, order processing
- Assist with guest check-in, wine pouring, and setup or breakdown for all onsite tastings and events as needed
- Provide customer service via phone and email to communicate shipping delays or delivery attempts
- Complete thank you card tracking and report weekly to management
- Assist with various administrative duties for Estate Services Management team as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations and policies; reports any potential safety issues to supervisor

Education and/or Experience
