We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a smooth operation within the front of house environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff, including bartenders and servers, to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage scheduling and shift assignments to optimize team performance and coverage.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, adhering to food handling and safety standards.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order management, payment processing, and inventory tracking.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance overall experience.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure quality and presentation meet established standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending and food production within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development.
- Background in hospitality management or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster a positive team atmosphere.
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
