We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Operate cash registers accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Stay informed about current trends in the food and beverage industry, including new cocktails and brewing techniques.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or mixology within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus.
- A passion for brewing craft beers or creating unique cocktails is highly desirable.
- Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
