Position Overview:
The Education Coordinator is a key administrative role within the Education department that provides customer service and information to the public, while also providing administrative support to colleagues and departments based on an informed and working knowledge of PAMM and the Education department. Working primarily under the direction of the Senior Director of Education, the Education Coordinator assists with the administrative tasks and coordination of a range of programming. This role also supports the Adult Education and Public Programs area of the Education department and reports for those specific duties to the Manager of Adult and Public programs. This individual must have an understanding of the importance of education within the museum’s mission, a strong communication skill set and ability to anticipate and solve challenges creatively.
