SALES COORDINATOR / MARKETING ASSISTANT

Jorgensen Conveyor and Filtration Solutions is seeking someone to join our Sales and Marketing Team, who under the direction of the Director of Sales with dotted-line responsibilities to the Proposal Manager, is responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned sales programs in support of our Sales and Estimating departments as well as supporting the Marketing Manager in accordance with company policies and procedures.

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, organized, and has strong communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Act as a key contact for select Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, managing quotes, orders, schedule and shipping data
Work with the Sales department help advance leads and Request for Quotes (RFQ)
Lead follow up if / when necessary
Quoting responsibility for selected products
Work with the Customer Relations Management (CRM) program to help track the status of open RFQs and maintain metrics.
Daily order entry into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for systems orders
Support OEM Sales Manager and Sales Director with strategic account planning
Support Marketing Manager with CRM and other marketing projects as needed
Communicate with customers on a daily basis.
Run Sales reports to track Sales metrics and Sales progress.
Navigate through customer portals to assist estimating team.
Answer telephone calls and assist customer’s needs.
Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
Visit customers with Sales Team on a case-by-case basis
Complete special projects as assigned.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE : Requires a bachelors degree or associates degree with one to two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience. Experience with the following are beneficial : Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, Manufacturing.
