Description : Summary :
Jorgensen Farms is made up of multiple divisions, creating a unique agritourism environment that blends organic farming with special events. This position is a dual role with primary responsibilities as a Catering Bartender with the flexibility to fill Catering Server shifts when there is a need. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to all Jorgensen guests.
Bartender Responsibilities :
- Pay is $18 / hour
- Work with a team to serve, bus, and manage alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service needs during events
- Follow procedures and Jorgensen standards for professional beverage service
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workspaces and adherence to safety standards before, during, and after bar service
- Unpack and prepare client products for bar set up and event service. After the event, re-pack all client products and assist in delivery and loading into client vehicle.
- Take inventory of client products before and after service
- Take inventory of Jorgensen products before and after service when servicing select bar packages
- Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine, and soft drinks
- Whatever it takes to create a comfortable, welcoming, and supportive environment for all staff and guests
