Job Title: IT Engineer Level III
Job Overview:
This position is part of our Information Technology team. This highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer Level 3 reports to the IT Director. IT Engineer Level 3 provides advanced support to team members across corporate systems and services. They also function as a project leader who takes ownership of assigned initiatives and works them to completion with minor assistance. We are seeking industry experts with RCM Medical Billing experience.
Responsibilities:
· Lead technical troubleshooting and provide tier-three support for users and peers, resolving system functionality, software, hardware, and networking issues.
· Maintain and manage our Azure infrastructure, VMs, storage, network configurations, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure AD.
· Assist in the planning and execution of projects using project management best practices to ensure successful delivery.
· In-depth knowledge of security and best practices to safeguard company data and resources.
· Manage, monitor, and resolve issues via our ticketing system, ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
· Create, implement, and maintain automation workflows that reduce IT overhead and speed issue resolution.
· Enforce HIPAA, PCI, and HITRUST policies and guidelines.
· Other IT duties as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Minimum of ten years in IT support roles, preferably with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory, and project management.
. Cloud Engineering experience
· Fluent with ticketing systems, workflow creation, modifications, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong understanding of IT security best practices from design to implementation.
· Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with minor assistance.
· Strong project management skills, with a proven history of managing multiple projects to completion on time.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
· A Computer Science, Information Technology degree or significant on-the-job work experience.
· C.I.S.S.P. preferred and other security certifications
Location, Hours & Travel:
· This position is remote.
· Might be required to travel to office at a mutually agreed upon time for training or meetings.
· Hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
