Job Title : RCM Healthcare AI-Gen Python Engineer
Job Overview :
Jorie AI is seeking skilled HEALTHCARE RCM Python Developers with strong experience in Healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) automation. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management APIs (such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI 837 / 835) and the ability to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions to optimize RCM workflows. We are seeking industry experts in Healthcare RCM.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and maintain Python-based automation solutions for healthcare RCM applications.
- Integrate and interact with various healthcare APIs (HL7, FHIR, EDI, etc.) to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RCM analysts, coding specialists, etc.) to understand automation requirements and develop efficient solutions.
- Build, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable healthcare data processing pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation of RCM processes, ensuring high data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Optimize existing processes and develop new features to improve the RCM automation systems.
- Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, particularly those relevant to RCM and data exchange standards.
Requirements :
Must have Healthcare RCM Experience
Qualifications and Experience :
Experience with Azure cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics in RCM processes.
Engineering degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience.
Proficient in revenue cycle management automation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. No Contractors, No C2C, No Visa Sponsorship.
