We are a local family owned Delivery Service Partner for a leading e-commerce company based in the Hampton Roads (Suffolk). We are currently looking for self motivated Delivery Drivers to obsess over our customers by achieving outstanding performance in a fast paced environment. Delivery Associates strive to get every order to the customer’s door on-time using box trucks equipped with the latest technology. Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle following strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Use hand held device for routing and customer delivery information.
• Independently or in teams, deliver packages to houses, mobile parks, apartments, and businesses.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered safely, securely, and without damage.
• Work as a Delivery Associate Helper as needed.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Be able to work shifts ranging between 8-10 hours per day starting between 10:00AM-1:00PM and shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicles.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation: Delivery Associates need to be able to maneuver packages up to 100 pounds each using material handling equipment (MHE) and with a team of Delivery Associates able to move items up to 300 pounds using MHE.
• Able to get in and out of the delivery vehicle, walk up and down stairs throughout your shift in a fast paced environment.
• Will have opportunities to move up to box driving experience or other supervisor roles depending on performance and ability

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• At least 21 years of age for Drivers.
• Must possess a valid Drivers License.
• Must have delivery driving experience with non-personal and driving larger vehicles .
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
