ZAYTINYA BARTENDER

The Jos Andrs Group haspartnered with The Ritz Carlton South Beach to bring the award-winning restaurant concepts to Miami Beach, Florida. We are looking for the area's most talented hospitality professionals to help us as we continue our mission to Change the World Through the Power of Food!

We are currently searching for qualified bartenders to join our Zaytinya restaurant.

What we would like from you :

• Exceed guests' expectations by providing an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality.
• Maintain and oversee all aspects of the bar including a cash drawer / POS system, customer consumption and support of your front of house and back of house teammates.
• Precisely prepare and execute an exciting menu of handmade cocktails.
• A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovativeapproach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage.
• Ability to articulate an appealing description of every item we offer. Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
• Participates in cocktail R&D with the team including Head Bartender and Beverage Leaders throughout the property and group.
