Fast paced office seeking outgoing, energetic, team oriented person with vision / eye care experience. Must have experience with VSP, EyeMed, popular eye care and major medical insurances. Applicant must be available to work Saturdays and travel to both office locations in downtown Evansville and Newburgh.
Responsibilities
- Sell frames and lenses based upon patient prescriptions
- Dispensing, Fitting and Verification that finished lenses are ground to specifications
- Assist Patients in Selecting frames according to style and color
- Recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
- Sell additional materials such as sunglasses and goods related to eyes in general
- Daily & Administrative duties – tracking sales, submitting patient insurance
- Opening and closing the store as established in the guidelines.
- Inspecting all glasses from lab.
- Call patients to let know glasses are ready.
- Organize all under stock.
- Keep frame board in order.
- Maintain store appearance.
- Display great customer service at all times.
- Track their own sales, specials, and remakes for monthly totals.
- Strong communicator and listener with Dr.'s, Staff, and Patient's
- Saturday Hours will be expected, based on schedules pre-defined by doctors
- Any additional job functions requested by doctors or management
