The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the overall sales and marketing strategy of the organization. The organization is comprised of three entities: private plastic surgery & MedSpa, accredited medical aesthetic school, and a medical compliance network. This is a supervisory position of both internal and external (W2 & 1099) team members.
This role includes developing, implementing, and managing marketing and sales plans to achieve business growth and brand recognition. The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead a team of professionals who will execute the sales & marketing plans. The Sales & Marketing Manager is expected to drive market research, create effective sales & marketing strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, expand market reach, foster innovation, and ensure that all sales & marketing efforts align with the organization’s goals.
Role and Responsibilities
· Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, clients, and stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence and revenue streams.
· Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential avenues for growth, discuss with the internal team to determine opportunities for expansion strategies that would drive the company's market reach.
· Revenue Generation: Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including exceeding sales targets, monitoring your performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
· Negotiations: Lead high-stakes negotiations with potential clients, partners, and collaborators, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements that align with the company's goals.
· Product and Service Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product or service enhancements and innovations, ensuring the company remains competitive and meets evolving customer needs.
· Represent the voice and sentiment of our customers and the marketplace to our teams internally. Use customer information and anecdotes, competitor intelligence, and marketplace data to accelerate business opportunities.
· Lead sales & marketing team members in successful execution of plans & revenue achievement.
- Provide sales & marketing coaching and development for sales & marketing team.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs that are aligned with the company’s growth strategies.
- Oversee & manage relationships with third party sales & marketing partners, sub-contractors, &/or agencies.
- Report weekly & monthly to the team on various data points such as your revenue projections against budget, customer pipeline, potential obstacles to achieve KPIs, & competitive intelligence.
- Participate in bi-monthly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.
- Hybrid expectation: One day per week in each Waltham & Newton MA locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in B2C sales & marketing management
- BA preferred or equivalent experience

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
