Landscape Crew Member

Joseph Agrillo Jr. Inc. is seeking a Landscape crew member to join our team in Bourne, MA. We are looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking individual(s) to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Landscape Maintenance
• Pruning and bed work
• Mowing
• Softscape and Install work
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or owner. This position requires a person that is willing to work hard and be a team player. The position will require on-the-job training with minimal supervision. The employee will be required to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces), and work in all weather conditions. Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Pay Based on Experience

This is a full-time position. We start at 7am each morning and hours can vary depending on the day of the week and season (all days of the week). Weekends are usually off (some saturdays are requested,no work on Sunday).
