What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Agent with Joseph and Young, you’ll help individuals protect what matters most by providing tailored insurance and financial solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engage with Inbound Leads: Connect with clients who have already shown interest in our products, offering you a head start in your sales process.
- Virtual Consultations: Conduct Zoom or phone consultations, assessing each client's unique needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Real-Time Sales: Use our cutting-edge technology to provide custom quotes and close deals quickly—often within 72 hours.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Take charge of the sales process from initial contact to commission payout, ensuring clients receive excellent service throughout.
- Empower Clients with Tailored Financial Strategies: Deliver a wide range of financial products, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, annuities, and life insurance, designed to help clients achieve their financial goals with confidence and expert support.
