Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking construction industry students or graduates to join our 2025 Project Engineer Summer Internship Program. As a member of the Project Management Department, you will work closely with our Project Management and Field Teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees and monitors production in conjunction with the Foreman and Superintendent
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of field timecards
- Reviews submittals, prepares contract documents, and maintains contract files
- Review plans for changes and price updates
- Coordinates project activities and tracks materials
- Updates project schedules and assists with job meetings
- Draft purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders
- Submits subcontractor invoices and requests for payment
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
A current college student seeking a degree in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be a team player, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and have attention to detail.
