Joseph J. Albanese, Inc., is seeking to add a dynamic, experienced Warehouse Manager to our team. This position will oversee the Warehouse, Yard and Small Tools Team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinating loads and shipments to jobsites including dispatching of driver’s and flatbed trucks.
- Ability to manage and oversee loading of materials onto flatbed trucks with legal weights.
- Overseeing Inventory levels & control of all inventories new and used lumber and panels for construction jobs.
- Manage and dispatch the flatbed fleet and trench plate rentals.
- Sorting of used construction materials, lumber, and panels etc. for recycle and reusing of materials.
- Ensure that all field personnel understand the process to add/remove items from inventory.
- Responsible for acknowledgements of bill of lading and completion of bill of lading to projects.
- Manage the small tools inventory and provide weekly check-in/check-out reports.
- Manage the missing or broken tools report.
- Manage the falsework ledger and provide weekly check-in/check-out reports.
- Maintain the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the Yard and oversee the safety of the yard/warehouse and flatbed fleet team.

QUALIFICATONS:
- 7 years of warehouse and inventory management.
- Minimum of High School Degree or equivalent required.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of trucking compliance and hours of service.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and have strong organization skills.
- Strong computer skills, including HCSS, Vista and MS Office applications preferred.
- Ability to establish and maintain vendor relations.
- Strong work ethic, team player, ability to work with minimal supervision.
OTHER:
- Ability to stand for long period of times.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
