Description :
Candidate must be well rounded and have a strong background in all commercial plumbing systems and equipment. This candidate will be required to operate and manage a service truck, troubleshoot a wide variety of commercial plumbing issues, and make necessary repairs. Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently with customers and coordinators, and efficiently manage a company email.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing service work, maintenance and repairs in commercial buildings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system issues efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, building codes, and safety regulations on every project.
- Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned projects independently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used to support efficient operations and client satisfaction.
