Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking an experienced customer service, data entry / admin to fill our Commercial Project Coordinator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing commercial plumbing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage manifests for the wastewater department which includes checking they have been
completed correctly, attaching them in the company database and ensuring they are
uploaded to jurisdiction portals
