Position Summary :

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing key accounting functions. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of three, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, and driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 4-5 years of experience, preferably straight out of public accounting, and eager to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Oversee general accounting functions, including account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements :

Active CPA license.

4-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates straight out of public accounting.
