Responsibilities
- Responding to queries, problem solving, and following issues through to resolution.
- Reviewing Coverages, recommending changes, and reporting claims.
- Producing documents and maintaining orderly electronic client files.
- Quoting and selling policies to existing clients.
- Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients, our company partners, and agency teammates.
- Conducting yourself in a professional manner in all communications, including via email, phone, and interpersonal.
