Summary
As a Staff Coordinator at Josephine Caring Community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our caregiving services. This position is essential for coordinating staff licensure, training and ongoing education and facilitating communication among team members to provide the highest quality of care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff training plans to ensure competencies across all caregiving departments.
- Facilitate communication between staff members and management to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff members to uphold our standards of care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support the development of training programs that enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Assist in recruitment efforts as needed.
- Coverage with resident medication and treatment delivery, care coordination.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN licensure
- Proven experience in skilled nursing setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to foster collaboration among team members.

Pay: $48.50 - $51.50 per hour
