Summary
As a Nurse at Josephine Caring Community, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within our diverse healthcare environment. This position is essential to our mission of providing exceptional caregiving and support to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist with catheter care and other nursing procedures as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Washington.
- Proven experience in patient assessment and direct patient care.
- Strong knowledge of pain management techniques and nursing standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families.
