Josey Ranch Pet Hospital is located in Carrollton, Texas just north of the Dallas metro area and is the premier reproduction hospital in North Texas! We are a multi doctor, AAHA accredited practice offering full general medicine and surgical cases along with our growing reproduction facility. Josey Ranch Pet Hospital has undergone many changes and improvements since it was founded in December of 1991. Our new facility is state of the art and modern with over 7,000 square feet, 8 exam rooms, a double surgical suite, new doctors offices, specialty suites, a dedicated comfort room and a large welcoming lobby.
Our chief of staff, Dr. Esmond, has spent his 34-year career promoting and building Josey Ranch Pet Hospital into the highly regarded hospital it is today. Along with being a busy general practice clinic, Josey Ranch is also one of the largest canine repro practices in the country. Last year we bred over 650 bitches and performed over 325 C-sections! We are one of the top two largest semen freezing centers for Zoetis and Dr. Esmond is the national trainer for Zoetis for all new semen freezing centers in the country.
With such dedicated leadership and in collaboration with the rest of the veterinary team there is abundant opportunity to create a flexible schedule that will allow for almost limitless professional growth.
