We are currently looking to add Licensed Real Estate Sales Agents to our team in Shasta County or Tehama County, CA. Candidates MUST live within Shasta or Tehama County in order to be considered. A salaried Real Estate Agent working in our real estate company is responsible for qualifying incoming leads, prospecting for new leads, following up with past leads to make them sales ready and setting appointments.

Qualifications for the Real Estate Sales Agent:

• California Real Estate License is REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of experience working in a high-volume office environment
• Knowledge of real estate escrow a plus
• Ideal candidate is familiar withCRM Programs, Docusign and Zipforms
• Self-motivated, dedicated professional
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Reliable with strong organizational skills
