Josh Landscape Co. is seeking an experienced Hardscape Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of hardscape project operations. This key leadership role ensures the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew Operations Management: Supervise daily production crews, ensuring efficient workflow, task delegation, and adherence to schedules. Provide hands-on support when needed to meet project timelines and resolve on-site challenges.
• Project Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure deadlines and milestones are met. Regularly adjust plans to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Material and Equipment Oversight: Manage procurement, inventory, and utilization of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Policy and Procedure Implementation: Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all projects and promoting a consistent work environment.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop crew members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration. Address training needs and facilitate skill-building opportunities.
• Client and Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Reporting and Meetings: Prepare detailed project reports and deliver status updates during weekly scheduling meetings, management discussions, and monthly staff meetings. Provide actionable insights to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hardscape project management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, project management tools, and budgeting systems.
• Thorough understanding of hardscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
