We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the full-time Production Supervisor position in our Production Department. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our two production teams in the warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and implementing efficiencies to minimize overall cost per unit while managing and guiding the teams to achieve optimal productivity and quality.

- Full-time, 40 hours per week
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm-
$18.00/hour Starting Wages

Day-to-day tasks include:

Create and adjust daily/weekly coverage schedules, addressing out-of-stock issues, build-to quantities, and job assignments.

Assemble, repackage, mix, and stock alongside your teams.

Ensure team productivity by providing frequent feedback and training to meet target speeds.

Train your team and others on best practices for assigned tasks.

Perform or oversee quality checks on produced items and stock, ensuring timely audits due to the short shelf life of insects.

Collaborate with warehouse leaders to plan for the upcoming weeks and forecast labor needs.

Leadership experience (preferably in a warehouse setting)
