We are currently seeking a hard-working and dedicated leader to join our Shipping team as a Co-Shipping Manager. In this role, you will ensure that we meet our daily shipping expectations by processing all packages for the day.
Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and labeling packages, as well as assisting with international orders. This position will work closely with the another Shipping Manager and the Warehouse Director to ensure we meet our customers' needs for timely shipments.
- (2) Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Training Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm
- Regular Schedule Position 1: Sunday - Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm
- Regular Schedule Position 2: Monday - Thursday 7 am - 3:30 pm, Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm
- $18.00/hour Starting Wages

Day-to-day tasks include:

Assist with picking, packing, and labeling orders to be shipped

Hold team members accountable for following policies and procedures

Ensure the shipping area is clean and well-organized

Complete weekly quality control audits to ensure shipping clerks are meeting goals and expectations

Provide Feedback to shipping clerks regularly
