TITLE: Custodian/Maintenance Specialist
REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Office Manager
EVALUATION: Performance on the job will be evaluated by the Dean of Students at campus assigned in terms of this job description.
POSITION: In charge of and responsible for performing custodial, maintenance, and building oversight.
- Job Type: Part-Time
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Employment Period: Year Round or School Year
- Hourly: $14.00-17.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform cleaning, painting, moving, floor scrubbing, set up, take down, organizing, and other job duties as assigned by the director of operations and food service.
- Complete work in a timely manner.
- Report to work on time and regularly, following the schedule outlined by the director of operations and food service.
- Complete work in a thorough manner, following instructions and details provided by the director of operations and food service.
- Remain on task during the entire work period.
- Ask for clarification and help as needed.
- Pay careful attention to safety when completing work tasks.
- Other duties as necessary and assigned.
