The Director of Learning will oversee the academic and administrative functions at Joshua Christian Academy, leading both teaching and learning initiatives as well as day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for fostering an environment of academic excellence, integrating faith into every aspect of student learning, and managing the day-to-day administration of the West Campus. As a faith-driven leader, the Director of Learning will model Christian leadership, support faculty, and collaborate with families to cultivate a Christ-centered educational experience.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Leadership
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of a biblically integrated curriculum that aligns with Joshua Christian Academy’s mission and educational philosophy.
- Collaborate with faculty to ensure the curriculum is engaging, rigorous, and responsive to the academic needs of students, ensuring it integrates both faith and learning.
- Regularly review and update curriculum materials, assessments, and teaching resources to maintain academic excellence and relevance.
- Ensure alignment of the curriculum across grade levels and subject areas, and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional practices through feedback, data analysis, and assessment results.
- Provide leadership in the integration of technology into the curriculum, ensuring that educational tools and platforms enhance teaching and student learning outcomes.
- Support teachers in implementing best practices in instruction, assessment, and differentiated learning for all students.
- Work closely with faculty to develop and implement ongoing professional development programs focused on curriculum design, instructional strategies, and faith-based education.
