What You’ll Do:
- Lead worship for Sunday services and special events.
- Plan and organize worship experiences in collaboration with the pastor and team.
- Recruit, develop, and encourage musicians and vocalists.
- Select biblically sound songs that engage the congregation.
- Work with the tech team to ensure smooth and distraction-free worship.
