Joshua Tree Experts, has been providing professional tree care services to North Eastern Pennsylvania since 2005 in hopes to be the rockstars of the green industry to our raving fans. As our company grows and our notoriety expands so do the opportunities to join our well experienced, talented, and professional team as we expand into Indianapolis Indiana.
As an experienced Tree Climber with us, you'll be an integral part of a 2 to 4-person tree crew, involved in tasks like tree removal, pruning, and tree preservation. The role is crucial for ensuring safe operations, maintaining equipment, and effective communication with the crew and clients.
What a Tree Climber does :
- Communicates effectively with the crew
- Maintains a professional image
- Delivers excellent customer service
- Delegates work to Groundman Operations Specialist
- Takes care of the vehicle and assigned equipment
- Follows company safety culture and ANSI standards
- Understands and follows aerial lift operations
- Works at least 40 hours per week
