We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to interviewing and onboarding new hires. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to ensure we attract and hire the best candidates to drive our continued success.

- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements, define job descriptions, and develop effective interview processes.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote our company as a desirable place to work.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in the tree industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including online job boards, social media, and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
