In this role, you'll streamline processes, enhance team coordination, and implement systems that ensure every project is executed flawlessly—from clocking in at the job site to tracking productivity. What You'll Do :

• Streamline Operations : Develop and implement efficient processes that drive productivity, reduce downtime, and ensure our teams are accountable and coordinated.
• Team Coordination : Collaborate closely with field teams and leadership to optimize scheduling, time tracking, and workflow systems.
• Process Improvement : Analyze current operations, identify areas for enhancement, and lead initiatives to drive efficiency and performance.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Monitor performance metrics and use insights to refine systems, ensuring our operations reflect the high standards of our work.
