We are seeking individuals to work with clients in local areas to help find employment and provide support on said employment. Specialists will work one on one with clients to help them achieve their vocational goals by conducting meetings, visiting employers, filling out applications, and forming a working relationship with clients to help them grow socially and professionally as they pursue their goals.
DUTIES:
- Provide coaching and guidance to individuals with disabilities seeking employment
- Conduct meetings to identify clients' skills, interests, and goals
- Assist clients in job search techniques, including resume writing, interview prep, etc.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals once employed
- Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and facilitate job placements
- Assist clients in finding employment through applications, cold-calls, networking, etc.
EXPERIENCE:
- College degree(s) / Certificates in Social Work, Counseling, Religious Ministry, or related field preferred
- Certificates including special trainings, religious licenses, and/or transcripts showing class trainings are also acceptable.
- Previous work experience in a related field

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
