At Joshua Tree, Lawn Care Technicians have a designated territory, which allows them the ability to building rapport and create lasting relationships with their clients. Joshua Tree is dedicated to providing our Lawn Care Technicians with the most up to date equipment to ensure that they are able to do their job effectively and easily.
What you need to be a Lawn Care Technician:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motived and Driven
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be available to work at least 40 plus hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
