What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo position at Josiah's Coffeehouse & Cafe?
Expo: We are looking for an Expo to facilitate collaboration between our Kitchen & Front of House Team to ensure prepared, garnished and clean plates of hot and cold food are completed according to ticket specifications in a timely manner and delivered to our guests.
-Communication Link between Kitchen and Front of House Team
-Menu knowledge
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to carry tray and or assist in taking food to guests
-Keeping service area & food windows clean, organized and sanitized
-Assist with To-Go Orders
-Weekends a MUST
