We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to join our team. The Plumbing Manager will oversee all aspects of our plumbing operations, ensuring services and projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

• Team Leadership : Provide effective leadership to a team of plumbers and technicians, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
• Project Management : Plan, organize, and coordinate plumbing projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Technical Expertise : Demonstrate expert knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
• Client Relations : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, by ensuring technicians provide exemplary service while working in the tenant's homes, including on-time arrivals, technical experience and leaving homes clean.
• Supplier Management : Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for projects, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery.
• Training and Development : Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting continuous improvement and excellence.
• Reporting & KPIs : Meet and exceed KPI goals that include sales forecast, average daily revenue per truck and COGS targets.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise during projects, implementing effective solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Adherence to Regulations : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in the field.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES : A Plumbing Manager oversees plumbing projects and engages in various physical activities, such as regular site inspections, walking, climbing, and occasionally lifting materials. They ensure safety compliance, sometimes demonstrating proper safety protocols and responding to emergencies. Plumbing Managers may assist with minor repairs, operate light equipment, and supervise the setup of machinery. Additionally, they frequently handle blueprints, check building code compliance, and adapt to outdoor site conditions. While their primary role is managerial, they often balance hands-on problem-solving with oversight duties.

WORKING CONDITIONS : A Plumbing Manager typically works in both office and construction site environments. They spend significant time outdoors, often exposed to varying weather conditions like heat, rain, or cold. Construction sites can be noisy, dusty, and involve potential safety hazards, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role involves walking, climbing, and navigating uneven terrain to monitor progress and ensure compliance. While some tasks are office-based, such as planning and coordinating, the job often requires physical presence on-site to oversee operations, resolve issues, and ensure safety standards.
