Associate Consultant (Recruiter)
Location: New York, Hybrid (WFH Fridays)
Compensation: $60,000 Commission ($70,000 OTE)

We’re expanding in New York and looking for a motivated Associate Consultant to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced Consultants, sourcing top-tier talent for prestigious private equity clients, while gaining hands-on experience and structured training to propel you into a full 360° Consultant role.

Recruitment experience is a plus, but not a must. If you’ve worked in staffing before, that’s great, but if you bring the right attitude, drive, and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to set you up for success.
