Job Summary
The Therapist is responsible for clinical services provided to children, adolescents and / or adults, as assigned. The clinician is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.
Essential Responsibilities And Metrics
- Provides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families
- Provides high quality service and maintains direct service hours per month of 60% for advanced clinicians and 56% for others
- Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment, modifies and reviews as needed
- Updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date
- Case management
- Client centered consultation with community providers
- Attendance and participation at clinical presentations
- Use of supervision or consultation when required or needed
- Provide clinical supervision to student intern
- Provide timely completion of Level of Care Utilization System (LOCUS) (for adults)
- Provide timely completion of Columbia and Ohio Scales (for children)
- Maintain productivity goals as determined by supervisor
