EXECUTIVE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Join our Yearbook Division as an Executive Business Administrator, where you'll provide key support to senior leadership. YOU HAVE :
- Autonomy. Self-directed and self-motivated. Sense of urgency.
- Technical skills. Ability to conduct basic internet research. Project management skills.
- Attention to detail. Ability to anticipate, comprehend and deal with the implications of courses of action. Knowledge and understanding of general business principles. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask. Meticulous attention to detail. Integrity and trustworthiness; ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Flexibility. High tolerance for ambiguity. Ability to maintain concentration and focus under intense time pressure. Ability to work with multiple priorities and deliver results timely.
- Great communication skills. Emotional maturity and stability. Good listening skills.
- Experience. 5-7 years' progressively senior administrative assistant experience in large company settings. Preferred knowledge and understanding of Jostens' personnel and operations. Preferred working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent CRM system.
- Education. AA degree in relevant field such as business, secretarial arts or similar.
