JOB TITLE: Rep Services Support
LOCATION: Santiago - On site
SCHEDULE: Mon to Fri from 9:00 am -6:00 pm / 10:00 am - 7:00 pm DLS
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
This role performs account maintenance and order entry functions for Jewelry Rep Services and provides other administrative and service support to the team.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of previous customer service or order processing experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to make decisions and exercise judgement
- Attention to detail and ability to scan for accuracy
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform standard account setup and order entry functions
- Create and maintain account information
- Enter, correct and process orders
- Evaluate and audit orders to determine if they are production ready and take corrective action
- Maintain necessary data documentation in OnBase
- Contact internal departments and other Jostens locations to obtain or provide information for accurate order entry
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
E-Mail
- Monitor assigned e-mail boxes
- Open and distribute email
