Pesto Studios, the production company behind chef and social media star Nick DiGiovanni, is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to oversee content and engagement for Nick’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels. This role involves managing and posting content, engaging with Nick’s audience as his voice, and ensuring all content aligns with Nick’s brand and creative vision.
This position is fully remote, with the possibility for a hybrid work arrangement if the candidate is based in the Boston area.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and resourceful Social Media Manager to oversee content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok for Nick DiGiovanni’s brand. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the voice of Nick, engaging directly with his audience through comments, captions, and posts, while ensuring all content aligns with Nick’s tone and brand identity. You will also be responsible for posting thumbnails, managing dubbed audio tracks, and scheduling content across platforms.
You have a strong background in managing high-profile social media accounts, a deep understanding of platform trends, and a knack for creating engaging, viral content. Bonus : you’re passionate about food and working in the creators' space!
Who you’ll work with
As the Social Media Manager, you will work directly with Nick DiGiovanni and collaborate closely with his entire digital team, including videographers, editors, producers, and other creative stakeholders involved in the content production process.
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3 years of experience managing high-profile social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
- A proven track record of creating viral, engaging content and growing audiences on social media.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills to effectively act as the voice of Nick across comments, captions, and engagement.
- Experience posting and scheduling content, including managing thumbnails and dubbed audio tracks.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific trends and best practices, especially for short-form and creator-driven content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring fresh ideas to the table.
